Cheese Crust Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella  cheese

  • ½  cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oregano

Topping:

  • 1 cup mozzarella

  • ½ cup (Mezzetta or Rao)

  • 20 pepperoni slices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Mix cheese, egg, and seasoning in a bowl or food processor

  3. Line baking sheet parchment and place dough on top

  4. Then place another layer of parchment paper on top and use a rolling pin to thin out the crust

  5. Remove top layer of paper and place in the oven and bake for 10-20 minutes

  6. Remove pan and spread sauce over the evenly over the crust and top with rest of the cheese

  7. Place back in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted ( makes 6 servings)
