Chocolate Macadamia Bark

  Ingredients:

  • 3 oz coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 oz macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp coarse salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, add all ingredients except macadamia and combine well.
  2. Line a dish with parchment paper, use a spatula to spread mixture evenly in a thin layer. Then sprinkle the nuts and salt over the surface.
  3. Freeze for 20 minutes then enjoy!
