Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter softened
  • ⅔ cup of powder Swerve
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ cup of unsweetened chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Using a hand mixer, combine butter, cream, swerve and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix in eggs until well combined then add flour and salt.
  4. Then fold in chocolate chips and combine well.
  5. On a greased baking sheet, form cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place on the sheet and gently press to flatten out.
  6. Leave space between each cookie and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 15 minutes, serve and enjoy!
