Keto Friendly Jalapeno Poppers

  Ingredients:

  • 6 jalapenos, sliced lengthwise and seeded
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cheese, bacon, spices and combine well.
  4. Evenly scoop mixture into jalapenos and place cheese side up on the baking sheet.
  5. Cook for 15 mins and enjoy!
