Keto Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium green bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tomato paste
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Heat olive oil in frying pan and add ground beef and cook breaking into small pieces
  3. Add spices, tomato paste and 1 cup of water and simmer for 15 minutes or until water in gone
  4. Add 1 cup of cheese to beef mixture and stir
  5. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds
  6. Divide beef mixture evenly into peppers then sprinkle remaining cheese on top
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes
