Ingredients:
- 6 roma tomatoes
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Fresh chopped parsley (garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Slice tomatoes evenly and arrange on a rimmed baking sheet
- Combine spices in a bowl and evenly sprinkle over tomatoes
- Then cover slices with parmesan cheese
- Bake for 15 minutes then garnish with parsley and serve (makes 6 servings)
