Ingredients:
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup white cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions;
- In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and cook garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add cream cheese and heavy cream and stir until well combined.
- Add in cheese and sour cream and continue stirring until cheese has melted.
- Then fold in spinach, artichoke, and spices and combine well.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
