Spinach Artichoke Dip - Running Is My Passport

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup white cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions;

  1. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and cook garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Then add cream cheese and heavy cream and stir until well combined.
  3. Add in cheese and sour cream and continue stirring until cheese has melted.
  4. Then fold in spinach, artichoke, and spices and combine well.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
