- In a large skillet, heat oil and cook onions until translucent.
- Add beef, spices and cook beef for 6-7 minutes breaking up meat as you go.
- Halve avocados, remove pit and scoop out 1 tbsp of meat from each one. It can be used for later.
- Add beef mixture to each avocado then sprinkle with cheese and top with tomato and sour cream.
- Serve and enjoy!
