Ingredients:
- 3 oz coconut oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp erythritol
- 1 oz macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp coarse salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, add all ingredients except macadamia and combine well.
- Line a dish with parchment paper, use a spatula to spread mixture evenly in a thin layer. Then sprinkle the nuts and salt over the surface.
- Freeze for 20 minutes then enjoy!
