Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 oz Italian Pecorino romano cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- 1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Toss cauliflower in oil, place on baking sheet, and cook for 15 minutes.
- While cauliflower is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and heat on low.
- Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
- Remove cauliflower and place in large baking dish, then cover with cheese sauce, and cook for 5 more minutes in the oven.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
