Ingredients:
- 1 small head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp liquid aminos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- In a large frying pan or wok, saute cauliflower until golden brown.
- Combined the remaining ingredients except the egg and saute until veggies are tender.
- Push mixture to the sides of the pan and crack the egg in the middle and fry, then break the yoke with a fork.
- Once the egg is cooked combine with the rest of the mixture.
- Serve and enjoy!
