Friendly Fried Rice - Running Is My Passport

Friendly Fried Rice

Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. In a large frying pan or wok, saute cauliflower until golden brown.
  2. Combined the remaining ingredients except the egg and saute until veggies are tender.
  3. Push mixture to the sides of the pan and crack the egg in the middle and fry, then break the yoke with a fork.
  4. Once the egg is cooked combine with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
