Ingredients:
- 2 English cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions:
- Slice cucumbers thinly and squeeze out excess water and blot dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, white vinegar, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder.
- Add cucumbers, onions then salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
