Creamy Dill Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 English cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and squeeze out excess water and blot dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, white vinegar, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder.
  3. Add cucumbers, onions then salt and pepper.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
