Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a microwavable bowl, microwave cheese for 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds or until melted.
In a second bowl mix almond flour, baking powder and xanthan gum until fully combined.
Add cheese to a food processor and then eggs one at a time.
Then slowly add dry mixture until fully combined and has dough-like consistency.
Evenly split the dough into balls then roll out into thin long logs and braid in a pretzel shape.
Place pretzels on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and brush with butter then sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
