Keto Friendly Salted Pretzels

  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large organic eggs
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a microwavable bowl, microwave cheese for 2  minutes stirring every 30 seconds or until melted.

  3. In a second bowl mix almond flour, baking powder and xanthan gum until fully combined.

  4. Add cheese to a food processor and then eggs one at a time. 

  5. Then slowly add dry mixture until fully combined and has dough-like consistency.

  6. Evenly split the dough into balls then roll out into thin long logs and braid in a pretzel shape.

  7. Place pretzels on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and brush with butter then sprinkle with salt.

  8. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
