Low Carb Meatballs - Running Is My Passport

Low Carb Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pd ground beef 80/20
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  •  3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup low carb marinara sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Mix egg, cheese, almond flour, and spices in a bowl and combine well.
  3. Add in beef, mix until combined, then shape into golf size balls.
  4. Place on baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  5.  Serve with low carb sauce and enjoy!
