Low Carb Pancakes

Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil and combine well.
  2. In a large frying pan, melt oil over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake and cook 2-4 minutes each side (when bubbles appear and top of pancake is dry then flip)
  4. Serve and enjoy!
