Ingredients:
- 6 medium green bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tomato paste
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Heat olive oil in frying pan and add ground beef and cook breaking into small pieces
- Add spices, tomato paste and 1 cup of water and simmer for 15 minutes or until water in gone
- Add 1 cup of cheese to beef mixture and stir
- Cut peppers in half and remove seeds
- Divide beef mixture evenly into peppers then sprinkle remaining cheese on top
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
